Somatic Movement Practice: Visiting our Organs / Layers of the Heart part 1

How do we explore direct awareness at a sensing level and benefit from anatomical maps to help us visualize and locate our organs? Our organs give us a sense of volume, the consistency of our integrity and play parts in our vitality and underlie our emotional responses. We will visit the layers of our heart through a guided somatisation and let the quality we discover nourish our internal mobility. I invite participants to share about their experiences afterwards.
