How do we explore direct awareness at a sensing level and benefit from anatomical maps and imagery to help us visualize and locate our organs? We are going to (re)visit the heart as a dynamic fluid space protected by a hollow cavity (the pericardium); and as a pulsating container enveloped by our lungs. We will let the quality we discover nourish our internal mobility, embodying the layers of relationship between lungs and heart as a mutual support for movement. I invite participants to share about their experiences afterwards.
