in our white bodies experience anti racism work group
How are we showing up to each other and allow vulnerability to guide us as we unlearn racism? How do we witness and cultivate mutual collective resources to be fully present in this work?
- A guided embodiment practice:
Exploring ways to give permission to our sensations to breath, move, sound and play with our sense of resistance and boundaries and their generative flow, structure and rhythm in relationship with the land and the environment we are into.
Inviting spaciousness to access our body responses, emotional tone and taste how we receive, filter, navigate external and internal stimulus.
- A guided exploration: Invitation to notice how our conscious and unconscious bias and acculturation to whiteness are shaping the permission and/or lack of permission to being vulnerable in speaking, sounding, moving with full ownership of our actions.
Learning from our body, how are we expanding collectively our capacity to be with discomfort to strengthen our responsibility process and own our experiences?

We plan to record the guided portion with participant names/screens hidden, but not the discussion or breakout rooms.

SUSTAINABLE ECOSYSTEM LABOR DYNAMICS
Wanna foster deconstructing white colonial habits of stereotypical patriarchal work-load division?! We do too! Some sure fire ways to do this are:
1. Make sure you read this long-ass description.
2. If you have a question, look for it here before you ask one of the facilitators.
3. If after you did those things and you still have a question, ask away.
GROUP ORIGINS
K LaSpruce, erinbell and Shannon Stewart are in a meditation group together. They wanted to do some embodied anti-racism work together. Simultaneously, there were voices calling for more somatic work in a fb group called Deconstructing White Colonialism (DWC), which is an out-growth of and accountable to the Decolonial/Anti-Colonial Consciousness group, a global majority/BIPOC led group. They invited 5 facilitators to join: Amélie Gaulier, Florian filtzinger Mäks Roßmöller, Shannon Stewart, Tim Adams -
