With archeology of our presence, participants are invited to be curious and to allow spaciousness to navigate their body mind landscape as an unknown co-emergent territory. Using Mindfulness practices and Body-Mind Centering® approach, the workshop will offer embodied practices to let consciousness emerge from the awareness and aliveness of the land of our presence. Acknowledging our present as a site of history, how do we access our imagination and give permission to our sensations to be felt and met moment by moment. We will be exploring fluid and bones as living body systems to remember ourselves. Can we individually and collectively deepen our listening and learn through and from our living body? The sequences of contemplative movement/stillness, drawing & writing aim to support harvesting personal experiences and body stories to then be shared with the group.
