ENLIVEN YOUR HEART WORKSHOPS: experiential anatomy, movement/dance and vocalization to deepen your embodiment process.

By exploring with our embryologic gestures of the heart development, in relationship to the blood circulation and function and growth of the close concomitant structures as the oral cavity, pharynx/larynx, lungs and thoracic diaphragm, each workshop will be an invitation to deepen your understanding and relationships to the heart. Each session will begin with a meditation on the heart qualities followed by a short self journaling and a concise somatic calling in for each participants to presence themselves. A somatisation/ exploration in movement and stillness; using self touch, breathing vocalization, experiential anatomy and dance will be offered followed by an optional breakout room to witness each other embodiment process. Sharing and harvesting everyone experiences, insights and questions with the group will be a way to close our time together.
