I am delighted to guest facilitate queer meditation on Monday July 5, 7:30pm CST. How invaginate new relational gestures to centering BIPOC voices and bodies through the incongruity and the continuity of our co-emergent communal skin? The hour long meditation practice will begin by bearing witness to how our beings inhabit our internal and external space, acknowledging the quality of our sensations. Practicing a form of visualization and active imagination, can we notice and transform our embodied self narratives about white supremacy and find support for trust in the many hows to unwind racism in ourselves ?
