I am so delighted to announce this upcoming weekend workshop which will take place at Studio Marga in Paris, FR.

The workshop will be held in french and in collaboration with my long terme research partner Sabrina Benhamouche.

This 1 day workshop is conceived as a “refuge” and a retreat to pause on our path and open up a space for embodying self and collective care practices, fostering physical and contemplatives practices to tune in our bodily relational being. With BMC principles , with embodiment practices using (self) touch, movement and voice, the pedagogy will invite each of the participants to explore the fluid, organs, bones and nervous systems. Partnering and group activities participants will be guided to discovering and understanding how the physiology of the nervous system is felt and how to self and co-regulate from each unique body and circumstances. Addressing the reality of how we make choice, moment by moment, the sequences of activities will support uncovering somatic agency and authenticity. The workshop will lean into understanding how we can support clarity and discernement to embody a culture of care and alignment with our choices. The “Cercle de parole” will be a ponctuation alongside the others practices to welcome, process and metabolize our experiences.
